15 & 16 November 2008, jam 9 pagi- selesai.
17 November Yudansha/black belt special class.
Lokasi Seminar:

Seminar Fee:
Anggota YIA : 700.000/ orang.
peserta dalam negeri diluar aiki-kenkyukai/YIA: 1000.000/orang
peserta luar negeri: 150 US$

1130 – 1250: Break/Lunch
1250 – 1300: Preparation
1310 – 1530: 2nd Session
1530 – 1540: Preparation for photo session
1540 – 1600: Photo session
1615: End of Day 1
16 November, Sunday.
0800 – 0845: Registration
0845 – 0900: Preparation
0910 – 1130: 1st Session
1130 – 1300: Break/Lunch
1300 – 1310: Preparation
1320 – 1545: 2nd Session
1600: End of Day 2
17 November, Monday.
1730 – 1830 : Registration
1830 – 1845 : Preparation
1900 – 2120 : Practice Session
2130 : End of seminar
Seminar guidelines:
· Please be on time for every session. It is requested that all participants be on the mat 5 minutes before each session starts
· The doors will be closed when the seminar begins and no late participants will be permitted into that session. The attendees however could still participants the next session
· Please be courteous to others
· Please follow the instructions given by the sensei and his deshi
· Please follow the instruction given by the seminar committee
Disclaimer:
· All participants are responsible for their own well being and should observe best practice during the event, such as bringing their own medication and having their own insurance
· The Seminar Committee will not be held responsible for any injuries that occurs during the event
· The seminar fee does not include transportation and accommodation
· The seminar fee is for the seminar only and does not include events outside of the agreed schedule
· There is still a possibility that the schedule could change depending on the circumstances/situation of the moment
· Meals are not included other than the lunch that has been stated above
· Though all the food will be halal, there will be no special needs meal to suit certain conditions of the participants. If there is such a requirement, the committee recommends that the participant will bring his/her own special needs meal
· The Seminar Committee has the right to dispel/ refuse entry to participants, non-participants, guests, and alike if the person is found to be disruptive to the training session
